Bourdieublog is back!
Three straight days of cancelled classes, a child who sleeps earlier than usual, sitting in the Bourdieu class and making a report on Bourdieu have allowed me and inspired me to come up with new ideas for bourdieublog, enough for me to have a regular posting schedule again. I’ll be posting every Friday at www.bourdieublog.blogspot.com.
The new essays will move into the concepts of capital (the stakes that we compete for) and field (the arena of competition) and will move out of the concept of habitus (a feel for the competition).
I’m also thinking of coming up with a natsit site but am still looking for an appropriate host. Gave a natsit recently and I figured it can be broken down into entries.
